Who We Are


Peak Performance Cycling is run by Stephen Parry-Jones, providing specialist performance coaching to riders of all abilities. Stephen has raced extensively across the South East, competing successfully in crit, road and time trial events.


We combine a love for cycling with our desire to nurture the potential in others through forming in-depth relationships.

We are passionate about performance cycling and love nothing more than working (& riding!) with great people who want to make progress with this fascinating sport.


We want to offer a more in-depth relationship to our clients, learning more about what makes you tick on the bike and how your life works off it. By understanding what you want from a coach, identifying your strengths & goals and working with the rest of your busy lifestyle we believe that we can help you achieve a higher level of performance.

How It Works

2. Introduction

We will arrange a meeting (in person or online) where we can both ask some introductory questions.

3. Discuss your goals

We will learn about you, listen to your goals and understand how much time you have available.

4. Agree programme

We'll prepare a detailed training plan for you to review and approve. 

5. Lift off!
